Robet Ginty stars as Munro Beiler an ex-CIA agent who is set up and incarcerated in a hell-hole of a Middle-East prison for 12 years. The man responsible for his imprisonment, Tabrak, is now causing the CIA problems, so they get Ginty out of prison to go and seek revenge. However, Beiler finds himself torn between his contempt for the US Government and his hatred for Tabrak.
