A serial killer loose on the streets on London, indiscriminatingly choosing his victims and leaving no clues for the police. This movie sounds okay, but it has some of the most unintentional hilarious scenes we have ever come across on film! Despite an obviously small budget, the cast somehow includes Rik Mayall and Saeed Jaffrey.
