Postage and Delivery

UK - Postage is just £2.95 for orders up to £50. Orders over £50 are delivered free of charge. All items are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Post or Parcel Force/Courier services for larger items. Delivery is normally within 3 working days.

International orders - We do not currently offer an overseas delivery service.

Postal Strikes/Delays - We cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order caused by industrial action, peak demand or other external delays such as severe weather conditions.

Express Delivery - Logistically we are currently unable to offer an express delivery service. This is something we are looking into and hope to offer this in the future.

Gift Orders - If you are ordering gifts to be delivered to someone else the prices won't be shown on the delivery note and you will have to opportunity during the checkout process to add a message to be included with your order.

If you have provided a different delivery address and you are paying by PayPal please note that on their payment page the delivery address is shown the same as the billing address. Don't worry, we will still send your order to the delivery address you entered when you placed the order and this will be shown on your order confirmation email.

Please ensure that you enter your delivery address accurately. We cannot be held responsible for delays to your order caused by the delivery address being incorrect.
