Postage and Delivery

UK - Postage is £2.50 for orders up to £40. Orders over £40 are delivered free of charge. All items are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Post or Parcel Force services for larger items. Delivery is normally within 3 working days, but please forgive us if there is a small delay especially at peak times.

Messages with gifts - If your order is a gift for someone else and you would like to include a message with the order, please email this to support@nssales.co.uk as soon as possible after making your order, and quoting the reference number from the order. If the package hasn’t been despatched we will endeavour to include your message with the order.

International orders - We do not currently offer an overseas delivery service.

Postal Strikes/Delays - We cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order caused by industrial action, peak demand or other external delays.

Express Delivery - Logistically we are currently unable to offer an express delivery service. This is something we are looking into and hope to offer this in the future.
