Postage and Delivery

UK - Postage is just £2.95 for orders up to £75. Orders over £75 are delivered free of charge. All items are delivered by Royal Mail First Class Post or Parcel Force/courier services for larger items. Delivery is normally within 3 working days, but please forgive us if there is a small delay especially at peak times.

International orders - We do not currently offer an overseas delivery service.

Postal Strikes/Delays - We cannot be held responsible for any delays to your order caused by industrial action, peak demand or other external delays such as severe weather conditions.

Express Delivery - Logistically we are currently unable to offer an express delivery service. This is something we are looking into and hope to offer this in the future.

Gift Orders - If you are ordering gifts to be delivered to someone else the prices won't be shown on the delivery note and you will have to opportunity during the checkout process to add a message to be included with your order.

Please ensure that you enter your delivery address accurately. We cannot be held responsible for delays to your order caused by the delivery address being incorrect.
