Isaiah Knight (Chyna), a member of a notorious gang decides it's time to go straight. Not happy with his decision the other gang members led by the ruthless Lynch (rapper Mack 10) set a bloody ambush for Isaiah and his family. Only Isaiah survives and he embarks on a vigilante rampage to clean up the streets and terminate those who betrayed him.
