UK Delivery
All UK orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail First Class Post and you will usually receive your parcel in 1-3 working days (not guaranteed). No matter what the size or weight of your order, the total price of Postage and Packaging is just £1.99.


UK Orders with a value of £25 or over will receive Free Standard Delivery.

UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery
For UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery, orders need to placed before 3pm to be dispatched same day. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays are not included as delivery days so Next Day Delivery will not be delivered on these days. The price for this service is £6.99. A signature will be required upon delivery for this service.
Please note the following postcode areas may take an additional 2-3 days for this service: GY1 Herm (Channel Islands), GY9 Sark (Channel Islands), GY10, HS2, PA60 - 75, 78, ZE2-3, KW16-17, PH30, 41-44.


Worldwide Delivery
We offer delivery to a number of countries around the World (outside of the UK) a list is available in the shopping cart. The cost for this is £6.99 and delivery is normally within 6-12 working days (not guaranteed). For particularly heavy orders over 2kg and additional postage change may be required and we will contact you once your order has been prepared if this is the case.

If you would like to place an order to a country not included in our shopping cart list please drop us an email and we'll happily provide a postage quote for you.

Overseas Currency Prices
Prices are shown in default to GBP (£). To assist customers outside of the UK for guidance you may choose a different currency at the top of the screen with the drop down menu. Please note that when you go to make your purchase as we are based in the UK this will be processed in GBP (£) and the price paid may vary very slightly to the prices displayed on the shop in your domestic currency. This is due to variations in  bank exchange rates when the transaction is processed.

Personalised Gifts Orders
Orders from our Personalised Gift Shop are subject to Lead Times due to the printing/engraving of the products. You will find full details of delivery times for personalised gift on our separate Personalised Gift Shop.

Gift Orders
We make it easy to send a present direct. Simply provide an alternative name and delivery address when you go to the Checkout. You will receive an electronic receipt on your order confirmation email.

Order Information
We dispatch orders Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Sundays and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days as no goods are delivered on these days. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your order within 5 working days of receiving this email please contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Depot to enquire if they have a parcel for you. If  you have not received your parcel after 10 working days (or 15 for outside UK) please email us at support@nssales.co.uk. Should a delivery be attempted whilst you are out, the Royal Mail or courier will leave a card with instructions on what to do. The Royal Mail and couriers usually keep the parcels for about a week.

Please ensure that you enter your delivery address accurately. We cannot be held responsible for delays to your order caused by the delivery address being incorrect.

On the rare occurrence of an item being out of stock, we will contact you with the latest information, and allow you the option to proceed with the order or to remove the item from your order and get a refund.

Deliveries to the Channel Islands maybe liable for an additional tax payment on arrival, which the purchaser will be required to pay. Please contact your local Government tax office if you require further details.

PAYMENT: Online payments are carried out securely through WorldPay or Paypal, two of the worlds largest internet credit card payment providers. You may also pay by cheque - made payable to NS Sales. Cheque and eCheque orders will be despatched once payment has cleared, therefore please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery time for these items.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
All your information is safe and secure. The entire transaction will take place on a secure server using SSL technology.

PLEASE NOTE: All of the products for sale in The Naff Gifts Shop are not suitable for children under 36 months. Some products also have specific older age guidelines, these will be provided in the product description.


PRODUCTS: Orders are taken subject to availability of products. If we do not supply any products ordered for any reason, we will refund any money already paid for those products. However, we will not be liable for any other losses or expenses, which you may suffer if we are unable to supply them.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Unwanted Goods
You may return a product (unopened and in original condition) within 28 days of the date you received it, and we will refund you the amount paid for the goods. You will be responsible for the return postage and our original delivery charge. Please email us at Support@nssales.co.uk to inform us of your wish to return the goods, and we will allocate a Returns Code, which you will need to include with the package to ensure we can process your return as efficiently as possible. We recommend that you also obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from your Post Office when posting, to help guarantee the safe return of your products.

Faulty Goods
If you need to return an item to us that is faulty (within a reasonable length of time), which you did not order, or for any other reason, please email us at Support@nssales.co.uk to inform us, and we will arrange a Returns Code, and refund or replacement. We will also pay the cost of the return postage. We usually ask that you return product to us via Royal Mail First Class post. Please obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate from your Post Office, to help guarantee the safe return of your products.

VOUCHERS & COUPONS
Vouchers and coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.

PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We may occasionally e-mail you in the future to inform you about special offers and promotions. If you wish to be removed from this list at any time please email support@nssales.co.uk with the subject ‘Remove’. We will never pass your information on to third parties. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
